• Sr. Level Master Technicians typically never have to lean on a guarantee.
• Pay Range: Hourly at $25.00 to $40.87 per hour, depending on experience.
• Potential to make $52,000 to $85,000 annually, depending on performance.
• Guaranteed 60-day grace period to become acclimated with Aspen Auto Clinic programs and processes.
• Our B-Level Technicians rarely flag below 75 hours in a pay period.
• Pay Range: Hourly at $X to $X per hour, depending on experience.
• Potential to make $39,000 to $52,000 annually, depending on performance.
• Guaranteed 60-day grace period to become acclimated with Aspen Auto Clinic programs and processes.

Education and Experience
Requirements
- You should have full-time paid experience as a technician in a professional dealership or automotive service center.
- You should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and show a strong desire to constantly improve your knowledge and technical skills.
- You should be a positive team player: our company values mature and dedicated teams who enjoy their work and treat each other with respect.
- Your own complete and up-to-date set of tools.
- You must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR.

Mainline Automotive Mechanic Technician
Job Responsibilities
Our Mainline Automotive Technicians/Mechanics are responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing vehicle issues and then taking steps to repair them. They are well-versed in complex mechanical and electrical systems of vehicles, have excellent problem-solving abilities, are good communicators, are able to explain to customers issues with their vehicle, and understand the value of providing an exceptional customer experience.
