- Use of Artificial Intelligence and Data Processing:
Schomp Automotive Group uses a scheduling and communication tool powered by Paradox Inc. (“AI Vendor”) on the Schomp’s careers page https://careers.schomp.com/. This tool uses artificial intelligence technology to assist with applicant communication , such as scheduling interviews and answering questions about the hiring process. The AI tool analyzes the information you submit and generates responses to facilitate and streamline the recruitment process.
By providing consent as requested and using this tool, you acknowledge and agree to the collection, processing and potential sharing of your personal information. When you provide consent, you agree to:
- The collection and analysis of personal information and sensitive personal information you provide through the Paradox AI tool.
- The processing of this information by Paradox Inc. on behalf of Schomp Automotive Group for recruitment-related purposes only.
- The storage of your personal data by Paradox Inc. solely to support Schomp’s hiring process.
The AI Vendor will not sell this data or share it outside of Schomp Automotive Group or other authorized vendors engaged to assist in recruitment services. The AI Vendor will not use or disclose this data for any purpose other than providing services to Schomp Automotive Group. The AI tool facilitates the interview scheduling process, which may include scheduling interviews based on applicant responses to standardized questions regarding education and/or experience. All hiring decisions are based on the Recruiter and/or Hiring Manager interview(s), and the AI tool does not influence hiring decisions.
To Opt-Out of using the AI tool
- a candidate can opt-out or cancel SMS messages at any time by texting “STOP” via SMS. After a candidate texts “STOP” the candidate will receive one additional SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed
- select Manage Preferences or Unsubscribe at the bottom of any email received from Maya
- applicants can continue to apply at careers.schomp.com using the company’s Applicant Tracking System.
- applicants may call or text 720-800-6265 to speak or text with a Human Resources representative regarding assistance opting out of using the AI tool.
- How We Share Your Information:
We will not transfer your personal information to any third party without seeking your consent, except in limited circumstances as described below:
- Analytics
We require such third party’s to use the personal information we transfer to them only for the purpose for which it was transferred and not to retain it for longer than is required for fulfilling the said purpose.
We may also disclose your personal information for the following: (1) to comply with applicable law, regulation, court order or other legal process; (2) to enforce your agreements with us, including this Privacy Policy; or (3) to respond to claims that your use of the Service violates any third-party rights.
