Express Automotive Mechanic Technician
Overview
Our Express Automotive Technicians/Mechanics are responsible for completing routine maintenance services that do not require diagnosis. They, have excellent problem-solving abilities, are good communicators, are able to explain to customers issues with their vehicle, and understand the value of providing an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Must demonstrate the ability to work independently with limited supervision and the motivation to continually increase technical skills.
- Must be a positive team player: our company successes have always been built on mature and dedicated teams who love what they do.
- Must be reliable, hard-working, and no-nonsense. (This is core to being a professional anything)
- Must have a complete and up-to-date set of tools. View list of required tools
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Must possess and maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record.
Education and Experience
Requirements
- Perform oil changes
- Perform tire rotations
- Perform alignments
- Meet all manufacturer specifications

Compensation
Hourly at $17 to $22 per hour, depending on experience.
Some stores provide incentives and bonuses based on performance and certifications.
Express technicians have a clear career path and training support to become a mainline technician.
