WELCOME TO SCHOMP BMW
Schomp BMW opened on Plum Valley Lane in Highlands Ranch, Colorado in 2008. The timing wasn’t ideal, as our economy was entering a period of financial recession. Concurrently, a devastating tsunami hit Japan and caused shortages of vehicles, parts, shop supplies, and much more. Nevertheless, we refused to compromise and continued innovating. As a result, our new (at the time) facility has remained a paragon of sales, service, and construction excellence to BMW of North America, and has been used in the training and development of new facilities and teams throughout the United States.
Our location – perched on a hill with a sweeping vista of the Rockies – was chosen for its easy access to anywhere in Denver, but especially Highlands Ranch and Douglas County, Littleton, and the southern communities in Jefferson County – Ken Caryl and Lakewood. These are among the nation’s fastest-growing areas, attractive to both our employees and customers for desirable and affordable neighborhoods, excellent schools, shopping and restaurants, and close-by recreational amenities such as Chatfield Reservoir and Bear Creek Lake Park.
Schomp Automotive is well-respected in Denver’s automotive market. We pioneered Colorado’s first “One Price, No Hassle” sales philosophy in 1993 and, ever since, have based our reputation on satisfying our sales and service clients one at a time.
Why Work at Schomp?
Because you’re someone who is passionate about cars and customer service. You never settle for the status quo, and thrive on constant innovation. If something doesn’t work, you speak up, because you know that you have a voice. You want to feel heard, valued, and respected. Whether or not you have automotive experience, we want to hear from you. Rather than being a selective “fraternity,” we’re open to all applicants from all walks of life with all levels of experience.
Working at Schomp is more than just an automotive career. Employers may claim to “promote from within,” but we mean it; most of our executive team started as lot techs, client advisors, detailers, and service advisors. We hire car people, not bean counters – and every decision we make hinges on two pillars: being right for our employees, and being right for our customers. If you’re ready to finally have an automotive job where you know you’re making a difference at any level, please apply now.
