Wholesale Primary Warehouse Lead

Location: Aurora, CO

Employment Type: Full Time

Position Type: Salary

Pay Range: $40,000 – $55,000 per year

The Wholesale Primary Warehouse Team Lead is an experienced professional responsible for managing all aspects of departmental operations and a team of employees.  This individual must possess strong leadership and coaching skills, the ability to operate the department at maximum efficiency, control expenses, build customer loyalty, nurture team member enthusiasm, and managing the input and output of multiple rooftops and hold vendors accountable to accuracy through the process.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the Wholesale Parts staging and loading accuracy

  • Ensure all parts are accounted for and in staging area ON TIME before loading each route

  • Reconcile and report shortages and/or damage.

  • Build, execute, and maintain processes when needed.

  • Availability to be a main point of contact for various departments at all times.

  • Establish an ongoing support relationship with wholesale and the individual stores.

  • Oversee safety standards to ensure that the parts department comply with safety policies and OSHA guidelines.  Routinely inspect all areas to maintain a safe environment.

  • Understand, keep up to date and comply with federal, state, and local regulations.

  • Provide regular coaching to employees, allow opportunity for feedback, correct poor behavior, and follow performance management standards.

Requirements

  • Parts experience required. 
  • Parts management or lead experience

Actual compensation will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bonuses, Paid Time Off policy, region- specific benefits.
