Variable Operations Specialist

Location: Highlands Ranch, CO

Employment Type: Full Time

Position Type: Salary

Pay Range: $90,000 – $130,000 per year

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide in store consultation and training for new and tenured Client Advisers.

  • Ensure the training being provided in new hire sales training matches what is being executed in the store.

  • Ensure all Sales Managers are trained and executing the Schomp A2Z product presentation and menu construction methodology.

  • Observe and document process break down in the stores. 

  • Assist with process audits.

  • Work closely with Sales Managers to ensure process buy-in and accountability. 

  • Provide in store support when necessary.


  • 3+ years of experience as a Sales Manager

  • Proven track record of high performance including F&I

  • Experience across multiple rooftops and brands preferred
