Subaru Entry Level Finance Assistant

Location: Aurora, CO

Employment Type: Full Time

Position Type: Hourly

Pay Starting at: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

The Subaru Entry Level  Finance Assistant will help maintain positive relationships with major auto lenders, they process car deals, print, package and scan paperwork. They are responsible for preparing and sending documents to lenders for funding. 

  • Responsible for packaging deals and funding contracts.

  • Must accurately receipt cash deposits and ensure all monies are received on transactions.

  • Accurately watch and update the Contract In Transit (CIT) account; update notes in Dealer Bible for all unfunded deals.

  • Send/scan all F&I contracts for remittance daily, logging all contracts sent.

  • Does not work directly with customers.

Actual compensation will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience and performance.
