The Service Advisor is responsible as the customer’s first point of contact on vehicle servicing; initiating automotive services and repairs by ascertaining performance problems and services requested; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; creating repair orders; and maintaining customer rapport and records; at all times providing an exceptional customer experience.

$4,000 per month guarantee for a period of 60 days
