Sales Manager

Location: Denver Metro Area, Colorado

Employment Type: Full Time

Position Type: Base plus commission

Pay Range: $8,000 – $12,000 per month

Requirements

  • Automotive Sales Manager experience in a dealership 
  • Consistently performing at the top of sales metrics

  • Valid Driver’s License 

  • Clean driving record or minimal violations

Responsibilities

  • Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them.

  • Assist the General Sales Manager in forecasting controllable expense elements for the new-vehicle department.

  • Coach, develop, and monitor the performance of sales employees.

  • Communicate with the sales team to ensure that dealership policies and procedures are understood and followed.

  • Guide sales team in setting their objectives on a short and long-range basis, review team performance

Actual compensation will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
