Remote Acquisition Coordinator

Location: Remote, work from home! Must live in Denver Metro Area!

Employment Type: Full Time Only

Position Type: Hourly plus bonuses

Pay Range: $15 per hour plus bonuses. Compensation typically comes out to $45,000 – $67,000 per year.

Schomp’s Acquisition team is committed to providing guests with a superior experience from start to finish. Our team is the first interaction we have with our clients, and sets our whole team up for success! All of the leads the Acquisition Coordinator will be working with are warm leads, so there is no cold calling required. 

As a Remote Acquisition Coordinatoe, a typical day will consist of taking leads through our CRM (Client Relationship Management Software). When a lead is received, you will call and text the client. Follow up will continue until an appointment is set, or the deal is marked as closed. When you are not taking leads, you will use that time for follow up. Once an appointment is set, the buyer will take over the client, and your job is done. If the client does not show up for the appointment, the lead will be given back to you for follow up.

This position is work from home, and laptops are provided.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customers that inquire about selling us their vehicle online utilizing phone, text, and email 

  • Managing your pipeline

  • Contacting and communicating with customers to set appointments at one of our four buy centers.

  • Build rapport with customers

  • Confirm appointments

  • Being on time and ready to work

  • Make outbound phone calls to follow up with customers

Requirements

  • No automotive or dealership experience is required. We are more interested in finding a candidate that is hard working, and willing to learn!

  • Must live in Denver Metro Area
