Mazda Finance Team Lead

Location: Highlands Ranch, CO

Employment Type: Full Time

Position Type: Salary

Pay Range: $45,000 – $55,000 per year

The Mazda Finance Team Lead is responsible for the Finance team, they will process paperwork, work closely with the lenders and manage the finance team. This is not a traditional dealership Finance Manager position.

  • Regularly manage and coach Finance employees

  • Responsible for packaging deals and funding contracts. 

  • Must accurately receipt cash deposits and ensure all monies are received on transactions. 

  • Update Funding Manager on any problematic deals. 

  • Responsible for watching and updating the Cash In Transit (CIT) account; update notes in DealerBible for all unfunded deals. 

  • Work with sales staff to reconcile fund delays. 

  • Responsible for checking reserve payments and contacting banks when funds are short.


  • Minimum of 1 year Finance processing experience required
  • Positive Attitude.
  • Leadership experience is a plus.
