Guest Relations Specialist

Location: Littleton, CO

Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour

What you’ll do:

Inbound Call Center Agents keep our Service Departments running by scheduling service appointments with our customers and ensuring all of their questions and needs are met.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage a high volume of work
  • Building rapport with guests
  • Enhance the service process by creating a first class guest experience
  • Provide an exceptional first impression when speaking with guests
  • Respond quickly to the needs of the department and guests

Requirements:

  • Able to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, Saturday's, holiday's
  • Valid drivers license
