What you’ll do:
Inbound Call Center Agents keep our Service Departments running by scheduling service appointments with our customers and ensuring all of their questions and needs are met.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage a high volume of work
- Building rapport with guests
- Enhance the service process by creating a first class guest experience
- Provide an exceptional first impression when speaking with guests
- Respond quickly to the needs of the department and guests
- Able to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, Saturday's, holiday's
- Valid drivers license
What Kind of Experience is needed?
- Call Center Experience preferred
- Guest relations experience
