Ford We Owe Relations Specialist

Location: Aurora, CO

Employment Type: Full Time

Position Type: Salary plus commission

Pay Range: $48,000 – $60,000 per year 

The We Owe Relations Specialist assists our guests by providing courteous and empathetic support to anyone who is in contact with the Schomp Ford; drives traffic to the Schomp Service departments by scheduling appointments for prospective and returning guests; keeping guests' satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of the We Owe Process, Including but not limited to Scheduling the guest's appointments, Ordering parts, scheduling service, assigning loaner cars and managing the fleet.

Job Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of automotive parts service OR sales required
  • Must maintain a professional appearance and follow brand dress code.
  • Ability to adopt and support new processes and changes to help in employee and customer satisfaction.

  • Demonstrate high character and achieve high results.

  • Excellent process orientation and extremely accountable for self and sales operations.

  • Possess outstanding work ethic.

  • Superior customer service skills.

  • Maintain effective team member relations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Full open availability 

  • Answer and assist all incoming guest calls by providing accurate information and service support, including scheduling of service appointments.

  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.

  • Engage in active listening with guests,  identify needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide exceptional service.

  • Research and attempt to schedule guests within 48 hours of receiving WeOwe via Text message first.

  • Promptly respond to email requests, texts, and voicemails.

  • Understand and strive to meet daily, monthly, and personal goals by driving traffic to the Schomp Service departments.

  • Utilize software, databases, scripts, and system tools appropriately; always following departmental procedures.

  • Take part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the Company and position. 

  • Handle any overflow calls

  • Assist other departments when necessary. 

  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.

Responsible for Ensuring:

  • All We Owes and Special Order Parts are to be added to specific docs and contacted each day.

  • Acquiring a complete knowledge of product information related to the makes and models.

  • Ensuring that the appointments are set consistent with policy/evenly distributed and set for the appropriate dealer.

  • Meets or exceeds activity levels expectations 

  • Maintaining a professional code of conduct at all times 

  • Appointments are added to appropriate docs.  Ensuring sure all docs are presentable and organized

  • Every guest that is marked with that day’s date or on the incomplete tab is to be contacted by the end of every shift.

Actual compensation will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience and performance.
