Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour, commensurate with experience

Daily Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll be answering inbound phone calls from our customers.  No automotive knowledge is required.  We keep our multiple Service Departments running by scheduling service appointments with our customers, and ensuring all of their questions and needs are met during each phone call.  

  • Effectively manage a high volume of work

  • Build rapport with guests

  • Enhance the service process by creating a first class guest experience

  • Provide an exceptional first impression when speaking with guests

  • Respond quickly to the needs of the guests

  • Must be able to work some evenings, Saturdays, and holidays 

    • We are open Monday through Friday, 7am to 7pm, and Saturdays 8am to 7pm

    • We are closed on Sundays 

  • Call center experience is a plus but not required

  • Guest relations experience is a plus but not required
