BMW Warranty Clerk

Location: Highlands Ranch, CO

Employment Type: Full Time

Position Type: Hourly

Pay: Starting at $15 per hour

The Warranty Admin/Office Assistant will process warranty cancellations for all Schomp rooftops. They will be responsible for supporting the titles and accounting team as well as providing administrative support to the general business office.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to provide an excellent customer experience via phone and written communication

  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, warranty companies, and customers

  • Exceptional organizational skills

Primary Duties

  • Perform general office tasks

  • Process warranty cancellations and payments

  • Schedule reconciliation

  • Customer service

  • Basic accounting knowledge

  • Familiarity with warranties

  • Ability to communicate effectively and handle escalations

Education and Experience

  • Previous accounting experience

  • Previous automotive experience a plus
