BMW Automotive Parts Advisor

Location: Highlands Ranch, CO

Employment Type: Full Time, Tuesday through Saturday Schedule

Position Type: Base plus Commission

Pay Range:  $50,000 – $80,000 per year

The BMW Automotive Parts Advisor is responsible for accurately and efficiently specifying and filling correct parts for technicians, and retail and wholesale customers; at all times providing an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accountability for inventory accuracy by correctly charging, pulling, and issuing parts in a precise manner and according to process.

  • Provide a high level of personal service to internal, wholesale, and retail customers by assisting them in identifying and obtaining needed parts.

  • Promote the sales of appropriate parts and accessories by accurately identifying the customer’s needs and promoting the benefits of using genuine OEM parts.

  • Accurately specify and identify parts needed to meet customer requirements, so that number of parts returns due to errors is low.

  • Maintain accurate sales and inventory records of all invoiced items. Accurately cost out parts and accessories on counter tickets and repair orders.

Requirements

  • Automotive Dealership Parts Advisor or Parts Counterperson experience required

Actual compensation will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bonuses, Paid Time Off policy, region- specific benefits.
