Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • 5+ years experience in accounting.

  • 5+ years experience in the auto industry (preferred)

  • Experience in DealerTrack preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare the Daily Operating Control report.

  • Manage accurate reporting of vehicle floor plan and corresponding payoffs.

  • Develop and maintain an effective cash management system.

  • Review and compare expense trends vs. industry benchmarks.

  • Coordinate monthly review of all scheduled accounts and approve necessary adjustments.

  • Responsible for ensuring timely collection of all receivables including contracts in transit and frozen assets.

  • Maintain loss reserves for contingent liabilities and trade receivables.

  • Recruit and train new team members of departmental processes.

  • Responsible for continued development and training of departmental employees.

Accounts Payable Clerk

Responsibilities

  • Accurately compile and sort purchase orders,  invoices, and statements.

  • Review accounting data on invoices, post daily.

  • Reconcile statements to accounts payable scheduled and prepare checks.  

  • Manage filing of paperwork.

  • Responsible for reconciling Sublet schedule, Payable Schedule and Open POs report.

  • Assist in answering phones.

BMW Entry Level Finance Assistant

Responsibilities

The BMW Entry Level  Finance Assistant will help maintain positive relationships with major auto lenders, they process car deals, print, package and scan paperwork. They are responsible for preparing and sending documents to lenders for funding. 

  • Responsible for packaging deals and funding contracts.

  • Must accurately receipt cash deposits and ensure all monies are received on transactions.

  • Accurately watch and update the Contract In Transit (CIT) account; update notes in Dealer Bible for all unfunded deals.

  • Send/scan all F&I contracts for remittance daily, logging all contracts sent.

  • Does not work directly with customers.

Accounts Receivable Professional

Location: Highlands Ranch, CO

Employment Type: Full Time

Pay Range: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour

The Accounts Receivable Professional will collect and receive AR payments, run AR statements for monthly distribution, follow up on all aged accounts, call and send collection letters and support and assist the controller in financial management of the store.

  • Reconcile all credit card and cash accounts.

  • Verify deposits and cash balance envelopes prepared by the cashier.

  • Collect and receipt AR payments.

  • Responsible for processing EFTs and Telecredit slips.

Requirements

  • Experience in an Accounts Receivable specific role is required
