Responsibilities
- Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them.
- Provide in-depth initial training.
- Oversee the establishment and maintenance of current standards.
- Implement and maintain the Once Price, One Person, One Hour sales process reinforces concepts leading to fair, transparent treatment of customers, repeat buying and positive sales referrals. Establish and implement processes for prospecting, demonstrating product, customer vehicles, closing sales and delivering vehicles.
- Promote sales, traditional finance and insurance products, and the services offered by the dealership’s other departments.
- Identify and address employee performance issues (positive and critical) timely, professionally and as positively as possible.
- Ensure proper follow-up is achieved with all prospects.
- Build and maintain relationships with sales teams.
Requirements
- 3 plus years of sales management experience.
- Finance or Insurance experience preferred.
- Must possess an insurance license within the first 30 days of employment.
- 4 year college degree is preferred but not required.
