Recon Parts Advisor

Location: 1350 S Parker Rd, Aurora, CO

Employment Type: Full Time Only

Position Type: Hourly

Pay Range: $4k – $6k per month

The Recon Parts Advisor is responsible for accurately and efficiently specifying and filling correct parts for technicians, retail and wholesale customers; at all times providing an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accountability for inventory accuracy by correctly charging, pulling and issuing parts in a precise manner and according to process.

  • Provide a high level of personal service to internal, wholesale, and retail customers by assisting them in identifying and obtaining needed parts.

  • Promote the sales of appropriate parts and accessories by accurately identifying the customer’s needs and promoting the benefits of using genuine OEM parts.

  • Accurately specify and identify parts needed to meet customer requirements, so that number of parts returns due to errors is low.

  • Maintain accurate sales and inventory records of all invoiced items. Accurately cost out parts and accessories on counter tickets and repair orders.

Requirements

  • Automotive Parts Counter/Advisor experience required

Mazda Automotive Service Advisor

Location: Aurora, CO

Employment Type: Full Time

Position Type: Commission Only after 60 Day Guarantee Period

Pay Range: $60,000 – $90,000 per year 

The Mazda Automotive Service Advisor is responsible as the customer’s first point of contact on vehicle servicing; initiating automotive services and repairs by ascertaining performance problems and services requested; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; creating repair orders; and maintaining customer rapport and records; at all times providing an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate automotive services and repairs by ascertaining performance problems and services requested.

  • Troubleshoots vehicle problems and services by listening to the customer's description of symptoms, clarifying description of problems, conducting inspections, taking test drives, checking vehicle maintenance records, and examining service schedules.

  • Prepares repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required.

  • Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle, obtaining customer’s approval of estimates, obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers, answering questions and concerns, and arranging towing and temporary transportation.

Requirements

  • Service Advisor Dealership experience required.
  • The ability to speak bilingual is not required but is a plus.

Location: Aurora, CO

Employment Type: Full Time

Position Type: Commission only after a 60 Day training period

Starting Pay: $4,000 per month for a period of 60 days

Pay Range After Guarantee: $50,000 – $150,000 per year on commission only

What You'll Do:

  • Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections, making recommendations in accordance with manufacturer specifications and guidelines.
  • Perform oil changes, maintenance inspections, fill fluids and provide a variety of preventive and scheduled maintenance services according to Mazda guidelines.
  • Perform tire balance, rotations and inspections for uneven wear.

Pay Range: $17.00 – $40.00 per flat rate hour

The Automotive Technician/Mechanic is responsible for troubleshooting vehicle issues and fixing them; well-versed in complex mechanical or electrical systems of vehicles; excellent problem-solving abilities; must be a good communicator, able to explain to customers issues with their vehicle; at all times providing an exceptional customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • As an Automotive Technician/Mechanic, you will Service vehicles in a timely manner for routine scheduled maintenance 

  • Inspect vehicle engines and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately

  • Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues

  • Productivity: Achieve an average productivity rate of at least ninety-two to ninety-four percent (92%-94%)

  • Efficiency: Maintain a minimum efficiency rate of one hundred ten to one hundred fifteen percent (110%-115%)

Education + Experience:

  • Prior experience as an automotive mainline technician in a dealership

  • The ability to work independently with limited supervision and the motivation to continually increase technical skills should be evident

  • A complete and up-to-date set of tools is required

  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license

  • Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
