Position Type: Commission only after a 90 Day training period

Starting Pay: $4,000 per month guarantee for a period of 90 days

Pay Range After 90-day Guarantee: $50,000 – $150,000 per year on commission only

Client Advisor Sales Professionals are the salespeople of Schomp, partnering with our guests through the entire sales process to determine what vehicle will best fit their wants and needs. Responsibilities

  • Initiating and maintaining lasting relationships with customers

  • Conducting needs analysis to promote a suitable product and close the sale 

  • Responsible for selling the vehicle and F&I products

  • Enhance the sales process by demonstrating vehicle features

  • Utilize the Client management system for leads, sales, communications, and future opportunities  to maintain

  • Generate sales via walk-ins, internet leads, and phone calls- NO cold calling

  • Attend and successfully pass sales training at the start of employment

The Mazda Automotive Service Advisor is responsible as the customer’s first point of contact for vehicle servicing; initiating automotive services and repairs by ascertaining performance problems and services requested; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; creating repair orders; and maintaining customer rapport and records; at all times providing an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate automotive services and repairs by ascertaining performance problems and services requested.

  • Troubleshoots vehicle problems and services by listening to the customer's description of symptoms, clarifying the description of problems, conducting inspections, taking test drives, checking vehicle maintenance records, and examining service schedules.

  • Prepares repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required.

  • Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of the vehicle, obtaining customer’s approval of estimates, obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers, answering questions and concerns, and arranging towing and temporary transportation.

Requirements

  • Dealership Service Advisor experience required.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections, making recommendations in accordance with manufacturer specifications and guidelines.
  • Perform oil changes, maintenance inspections, fill fluids and provide a variety of preventive and scheduled maintenance services according to Mazda guidelines.
  • Perform tire balance, rotations and inspections for uneven wear.

What You Need:

  • You should be someone with some entry level automotive training, whether in class or in an express lube, entry level maintenance role, etc.
  • You should have interest in the automotive repair field for your career path.
  • You need to be reliable, hard-working and no-nonsense. (This is core to being a professional anything.)

Mazda Automotive Technician/Mechanic

Location: Aurora, CO

Employment Type: Full Time

Pay Range: $17.00 – $40.00 per flat rate hour

The Automotive Technician/Mechanic is responsible for troubleshooting vehicle issues and fixing them; well-versed in complex mechanical or electrical systems of vehicles; excellent problem-solving abilities; must be a good communicator, able to explain to customers issues with their vehicle; at all times providing an exceptional customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • As an Automotive Technician/Mechanic, you will Service vehicles in a timely manner for routine scheduled maintenance 

  • Inspect vehicle engines and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately

  • Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues

  • Productivity: Achieve an average productivity rate of at least ninety-two to ninety-four percent (92%-94%)

  • Efficiency: Maintain a minimum efficiency rate of one hundred ten to one hundred fifteen percent (110%-115%)

Education + Experience:

  • Prior experience as an automotive mainline technician in a dealership

  • The ability to work independently with limited supervision and the motivation to continually increase technical skills should be evident

  • A complete and up-to-date set of tools is required

  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license

  • Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
