Responsibilities

The Hyundai Entry Level  Finance Assistant will help maintain positive relationships with major auto lenders, they process car deals, print, package and scan paperwork. They are responsible for preparing and sending documents to lenders for funding. 

  • Responsible for packaging deals and funding contracts.

  • Must accurately receipt cash deposits and ensure all monies are received on transactions.

  • Accurately watch and update the Contract In Transit (CIT) account; update notes in Dealer Bible for all unfunded deals.

  • Send/scan all F&I contracts for remittance daily, logging all contracts sent.

  • Does not work directly with customers.

What You'll Do:

  • As an Automotive Technician / Mechanic, you will service vehicles in a timely manner for routine and scheduled maintenance.

  • You'll inspect vehicle engines and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose runnability and mechanical issues accurately, and accurately recommend replacement/repair as needed.

  • You'll efficiently and accurately repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues, maintaining productivity goals.

What You Need:

  • Responsible for Service Department metrics including: Shop targets on Comebacks, Productivity, Efficiency, CP/RO ELR targets, and CP hours per RO targets.
  • Interact with all customers in an enthusiastic, professional, courteous, and helpful manner, striving for complete customer satisfaction at all times. Promptly follow up with customers and fully answer their questions and address their concerns.
  • Address customer complaints immediately.
  • Understand, keep up to date and comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Provide regular coaching to employees, allow the opportunity for feedback, correct poor behavior, and follow performance management standards. Responsible for continued training and development.
  • Interview and train new team members in departmental processes.

The Automotive Parts Advisor is responsible for accurately and efficiently specifying and filling correct parts for technicians, and retail and wholesale customers; at all times providing an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accountability for inventory accuracy by correctly charging, pulling, and issuing parts in a precise manner and according to process.

  • Provide a high level of personal service to internal, wholesale, and retail customers by assisting them in identifying and obtaining needed parts.

  • Promote the sales of appropriate parts and accessories by accurately identifying the customer’s needs and promoting the benefits of using genuine OEM parts.

  • Accurately specify and identify parts needed to meet customer requirements, so that number of parts returned due to errors is low.

  • Troubleshoots vehicle problems and services by listening to the customer's description of symptoms, clarifying the description of problems, conducting inspections, taking test drives, checking vehicle maintenance records, and examining service schedules.

  • Prepares repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required.

  • Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of the vehicle, obtaining customer’s approval of estimates, obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers, answering questions and concerns, and arranging towing and temporary transportation.
