The Ford Service Drive Attendants keep cars flowing through our Service Departments. You’ll greet customers, move vehicles, and work with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure our customer’s vehicles receive first-class care at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct guests to the reception area or introduce them to the appropriate departmental Manager/Advisor.

  • Keep new and used vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed.

  • Prepare customer vehicles for delivery following service.

  • Pick-up and return customer vehicles from their home or office for service.

  • Clean driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary.

Requirements

  • Interest in growing in automotive

  • Clean driving record or minimal violations

  • Valid Driver's license 

  • Must be 18 years or older

Employment Type: Full Time, Tuesday through Saturday Schedule

Position Type: Commission only after 60 Guarantee period

Starting Pay: $4,000 per month for 60 days

The Automotive Hyundai Service Advisor is responsible as the customer’s first point of contact for vehicle servicing; initiating automotive services and repairs by ascertaining performance problems and services requested; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; creating repair orders; and maintaining customer rapport and records; at all times providing an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate automotive services and repairs by ascertaining performance problems and services requested.

  • Troubleshoots vehicle problems and services by listening to the customer's description of symptoms, clarifying description of problems, conducting inspections, taking test drives, checking vehicle maintenance records, and examining service schedules.

  • Prepares repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required.

  • Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle, obtaining customer’s approval of estimates, obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers, answering questions and concerns, and arranging towing and temporary transportation.

Requirements

  • Dealership Service Advisor experience required.

The Accounting Specialist is responsible for posting day-to-day car deals into the DMS system, ensuring accurate allocations of the transactions into the General Ledger; making adjustments to entries related to cash accounts when necessary.

    • Daily posting of car deals into the DMS system.
    • Verify general ledger allocations are accurate, adjust if necessary.
    • Review and adjust as necessary, any entries related to car deals, daily cash deposits, petty cash audits, daily floor plan payoffs, and positive pay.
    • Account for all documents, ensure that none are missing.
    • Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
    • Actively listen and respond to peer and leadership questions.

    Requirements

    • Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent work experience.
    • 3+ years experience in accounting.

    What You'll Do:

    • As an Automotive Technician Apprentice , you will service vehicles in a timely manner for routine scheduled maintenance.
    • You'll inspect vehicle engines and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately, and accurately recommend replacement/repair as needed.
    • You'll efficiently and accurately repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues, maintaining productivity goals.

      The Subaru Automotive Parts Advisor is responsible for accurately and efficiently specifying and filling correct parts for technicians, and retail and wholesale customers; at all times providing an exceptional customer experience.

      Responsibilities

      • Handle orders and requests via telephone, over-the-counter, technician requests and sales WEO requests.
